Throughout her career, Ramata has honed her skills in customer service, administration, and notably, in the coordination of various programs. She has demonstrated expertise in enterprise support, career guidance, facilitation of young women’s transition, program execution, training, mentoring, and community engagement initiatives.
Ramata’s fervor lies in assisting young entrepreneurs, offering them career guidance to foster sustainable projects. Proficient in project coordination and business facilitation, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology Education from the University of Education Winneba. Currently, she is furthering her education by pursuing a master’s program in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana.
A staunch advocate for women’s empowerment and youth involvement in entrepreneurship, Ramata champions gender inclusivity, capacity building, social work, and the pursuit of social justice.
